By accessing or using All Things Graph ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Verify your email address to access protected features

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

Platform Content: The Platform's design, features, and original content are owned by All Things Graph and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Responsibilities: You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post spam, malware, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data without permission
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Post content unrelated to graph technology and knowledge sharing

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or community.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account enters a 6-month soft-delete period
• Your profile and content become inaccessible
• After 6 months, your data is permanently deleted
• Account restoration may be possible within the soft-delete period by contacting support

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of any content
• That the Platform will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
